What's the difference between the fit call and the discovery session?
The fit call is a live version of the form: walk us through the same workflow, systems, and workarounds, and we'll use it as the intake. The discovery session comes after, once we've mapped what you've told us. That's where we walk through the map together and identify what's already formalized and what isn't.
How fast can we start?
Discovery sessions are typically scheduled within two weeks of us receiving your intake. A Sprint engagement usually kicks off within 2–4 weeks of a signed scope.
What's a typical engagement size?
We work in three tiers: a fixed-price Value Stream Sprint ($5K–$8K), a milestone-based Business Operating System Build ($25K–$60K+), and an ongoing Execution Retainer ($4K–$8K/mo). See the pricing page for details.
Do you work fixed-price or time-and-materials?
Mostly fixed-scope. The Value Stream Sprint is fixed-price, the Business Operating System Build is milestone-based, and the Execution Retainer is a monthly engagement with a performance incentive.
Do I have to commit to a full engagement?
No. Most clients start by mapping one workflow and going through the 90-minute discovery session before any paid engagement gets scoped.
